Working in small, facilitated groups the delegates will a full suite of accurate facial measurements from a live patient model. Using these measurements they will then create a card frame-front for the model to allow a visualisation of how facial measurements and spectacle frame design and construction are linked. The relationship between frame and facial parameters will be discussed in terms of a developing, pediatric face and what is required from frame design aimed at children, along with understanding the consequence and potential impact of a poor fitting frame.
